Sibongile Horo is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of overcoming challenges in the dynamic field of marketing and communications since 2005. She recently earned a Master's in Business Administration degree from Wits Business School.

Currently, she is serving as the Marketing Manager at Wits Commercial Enterprise, an entity of the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Her core function is facilitating collaboration between WITS researchers and commercial partners for impactful research projects with societal significance.

Within the framework of the ICEGOV 2024 conference, her role encompasses the provision of comprehensive administrative support to all partners.
