Registration entitlements
When registering for ICEGOV 2024, each participant is entitled to the following:
- Access to all conference sessions between 1-4 October (including the Workshops);
- Access to all coffee-breaks and lunches between 1-4 October;
- Access to the Welcome Reception;
- Access to the Conference Dinner on 3 October;
- Conference material.
More entitlements than the ones listed here may be made available by the conference organisers during the conference.
Registration fees
The registration fee must be paid in US Dollars ($) or Rands (R).
The registration fees for ICEGOV 2024 are indicated below. Four periods of registration are available: EARLY BIRD until 31 July; STANDARD between 1 August – 15 September; LATE between 16 September – 1 October.
Additionally, two types of registration are possible: STANDARD and STUDENT. Nationals from an African country are elegible for the discounted rate for AFRICA upon submission of a copy of a valid passport in the registration form. Those who select the student option enjoy a discount over the regular rate. However, they are requested to provide proof of enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree for the academic year 2023/24 in a higher education institution. People enrolled as post-doc are not considered students for this purpose and should select the regular option instead.

*The Conference Dinner is included in the registration fee. However, additional conference dinner tickets for accompanying people can be purchased and paid separately. The price shown above is for each person. The last day possible to purchase the conference dinner is 1 October.
