Coordinator of the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil. Journalist. PhD student in the Communication Sciences Program at the School of Communication and Arts at the University of São Paulo (PPGCOM-ECA-USP). She was a member of the Chamber of Contents and Cultural Assets of the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil (CGI.br) between 2021 and 2023 and the Chamber of Universalization and Digital Inclusion between 2013 and 2020. She was a member of the Permanent Communication Commission of the National Council for Human Rights between 2016 and December 2022. She was coordinator of the Barão de Itararé Alternative Media Study Center (2010 - 2023), and a member of the Coalition Rights on the Network (2016-2023). She was a member of the Communication Council of the Chamber of Deputies between 2019-2020. She was General Coordinator of the National Forum for the Democratization of Communication (FNDC) between 2016-2020 and was a member of the FNDC Executive between 2011-2020. She has experience in the field of Communication, working mainly on the following topics: Communication Policies, Broadcasting, Public Communication, Internet, Social Media Platforms, Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Personal Data Protection. As a journalist, she has experience covering specialized topics related to Health, Pharmaceutical Assistance, Work, Education and Communication.
