Rachel is a qualified legal professional with experience in the academic area and corporate legal field. At TU Delft, Rachel is part of the Research Team collaborating with the CAP4CITY Project, a multidisciplinary project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union. In the summer of 2020, Rachel started her Ph.D. project analyzing the several aspects of Blockchain at the Communication Technology section of the Technology, Policy and Management Faculty of TU Delft.
