Osvaldo Larancuent is an ICT Consultant, academic, and chairman of the ISOC Chapter Dominican Republic (isoc.do).  He got his MA degree in Leading Innovation & Change from the University of York St. John at the United Kingdom; he is a Computer Science Engineer graduated from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), in Dominican Republic (DR) with further diplomas and post-degree studies on Economics, Higher Education, Diplomacy and International Services. He is a professional with 30+ years of experience, including positions as Director on ICT related roles as well as Digital Banking in Banreservas, DR.   As an academic, he is lecturer on digital technologies and Cybersecurity; coordinates the diplomas on Managing Cybersecurity at INTEC, and on Digital Diplomacy at the Diplomatic & Consular School of the Minister of Foreign Relations.  His areas of interest on research are related to digital public policies and innovation on eCommerce, Cybersecurity, Cyber-diplomacy and Digital Transformation.
