Political science professional motivated to improve Latin American democracy through civic participation projects and digital government. Throughout her 12 years of experience in the areas of open government and digital government, she has worked in Transparency International - Colombian Chapter, the National Democratic Institute, the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, the Colombian Senate and the ICT Ministry. Currently, is consultant of the IDB and the Colombian Presidency in the Strengthening Strategic Capacity Public Sector Program.
