Maria Alexandra Cunha holds a Doctorate in Business Administration. She is a Professor at Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo - Sao Paulo Business School, Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo, Brazil. Her line of research is Information Technology Management. She has been leading academic research and professional projects in ICT governance, digital government, smart cities, smart governance, digital democracy, and models for administering computerization in governments. At FGV, she also leads the IT and Governments area in the Center for Public Administration and Government.
