Manuella Maia Ribeiro is an Information Analyst at the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br), coordinating the ICT Electronic Government survey. She holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Public Administration and Government from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (Brazil) and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and Law from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (Brazil). Visiting expert at the United Nations University Operating Unit on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV).
