MSc. Azambuja is a PhD candidate in Technology Governance at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Smart City researcher at FinEst Twins Centre of Smart Cities and local Project Manager of the Erasmus+ Strengthening Governance Capacity for Smart Sustainable Cities. Since 2013 Luiza has been researching Smart Cities and her current research is focused on the identification of factors impacting the transition of cities towards becoming smarter and more sustainable. Her previous education includes a Master in Social Sciences (Erasmus Mundus joint-master in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance - PIONEER: https://pioneer-master.eu/) and two Bachelor degrees (Business Administration - major in IT Management and Archives Management).
