Luís Domingues is Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL in the Department of Information Sciences and Technologies, and integrated member of ISTAR (Research Centre in Information Sciences, Technologies and Architecture). She completed her PhD in Information Sciences and Technologies at ISCTE-IUL, based on research in shared services of the Portuguese Public Administration.

She has a BSc in Computer Science and Business Management, an MBA in Management, and an MSc in e-Business Models. She teaches in the areas of databases, information systems development and ICT project management. She is involved in research in the areas of ICT project management, e-government, shared services, interoperability and IS/IT governance. She is a member of CT191/WG1, Portuguese mirror of ISO JTC1/SC40/WG1, whose area of expertise is IT Governance.
