Leonardo Fabri is a sociologist and political scientist. He holds a degree from São Paulo's School of Sociology and Politics. His recent role was as Senior Coordinator of Branding: Reputation and Empowerment of Delivery Drivers (ESG) at iFood, overseeing social impact initiatives, compliance, and anti-discrimination governance. Fabri co-founded Contraponto, an ESG consultancy and strategy firm which specializes in engagement, analyzing practices, and creating environmental sustainability and social impact governance. As a researcher and consultant, Fabri has collaborated with prestigious organizations like Oxford University Press or the Lemann Foundation's Education Laboratory. His work includes projects with the Avon Institute, Febraban, the Legal Alliance for Racial Equity, and Black Lives Matter. He has also conducted courses and lectures at various Brazilian and international institutions. Fabri furthermore curated projects on Diversity and Inclusion at Casa do Saber.
