Master in Public Administration, MBA in Strategic Project Management and graduated in Administration with Qualification in International Business. Member of the Federal Data Processing Service (SERPRO). He was Assistant Secretary for Planning, Budget and Management and Undersecretary for Management Modernization of Belo Horizonte and has held other management positions in the Government of the State of Minas Gerais in the areas of Logistics, Project Management, Planning and Budgeting. He also works as a Professor of graduation and postgraduation courses.
