Graziela Castello is Coordinator of Sectoral Studies and Qualitative Methods of  the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br | NIC.br).From 2017 to 2022, she served as a managing  director of CEBRAP - Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning, where she also worked as a researcher  and coordinator of the Development Center. From 2010 to 2015 she had a senior manager position at  Ipsos Public Affairs Brazil. From 2001 to 2010 she was a researcher at CEBRAP.  Visiting researcher at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex, Brighton, England in 2004 and 2008.
