Erico Przeybilovicz

United Nations University (UNU-EGOV), Portugal

Erico Przeybilovicz is a research associate at the United Nations University Operating Unit on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV). His work focuses on digital governance strategies, regulations and policies, national and local e-government assessment and indicators, e-participation, e-transparency, smart urban governance and smart cities.

His experience includes more than 17 years working in the private and public sectors. At the UNU-EGOV, he worked on projects like the Cape Verde Digital Governance Action Plan, Portugal’s Benchmark Assessment, and the Governance Model for Collaboration and Coordination. Also, he has been delivering training courses on digital governance (Cape Verde), digital transformation and sustainable development (Qatar) and governance models (Egypt).

Erico Przeybilovicz holds a PhD in Business Administration from Getulio Vargas Foundation, Brazil, with a visiting period at Utrecht University School of Governance in the Netherlands and a Master's degree and Bachelor's in Business Administration from Pontifical University Catholic of Paraná, Brazil.
