Davi Rossiter

Davi Rossiter is a Lawyer, holds a Master’s in Law and Sustainable Development, and is a Civil Engineer. He has worked in the public sector and at the finance industry. He is currently a public manager at Institute of Research and Urban Planning of Maceió, and the Coordinator of Latin America Chapter of the Cities Coalition for Digital Rights.
His work areas include urban planning, applied research, international cooperation, social innovation partnerships, human rights, and digital transformation. He has been a contributor to UN Habitat’s projects linked to human rights protection in digital environments, especially the guide “Mainstreaming Human Rights in the Digital Transformation of Cities” and the pilots described in the technical report “Human Rights in the Digital Era – Learning on local governance from pilots in Europe”. He also collaborates as a volunteer startup’s mentor with BrazilLab (the first innovation GovTech hub of Brazil).
