Cristina Cosma is part of the Interoperability team in the department for Informatics of the European Commission. As a programme manager she is responsible for developing further Interoperability and in general digital government policies in Europe, particularly for the public sector. She works mainly with the Member States Chief Information Officers, the Interoperability expert group and is responsible for cooperation with international organisations like the OECD or the United Nations in this context. On a more pragmatic level she is involved in shaping the future of Joinup as a one stop shop for the digital public sector in Europe. Before joining the Interoperability unit she has worked for more than 10 years on leading and implementing digital transformation projects in the European Commission and in the private sector.
