Dr. Bettina Distel is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information Systems at the University of Münster, Germany, where she also received her PhD. Her research focusses on the digital transformation of the public sector and public service innovation. Her second major research interest is trust and trust management in the context of technology. Her works have been published in leading conferences such as ECIS and major journals such das Business and Information Systems Engineering. Bettina is member of the National E-Government Competence Center (NEGZ), member of the Competence Center E-Government of the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS), and member of the digital government society.
