Ana Laura Martínez

Ana Laura Martínez is Coordinator of Technical Cooperation for Latin America and Portuguese-speaking African countries at the Regional Center for Studies for the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br | NIC.br). Previously, she worked at Plan Ceibal - the Uruguayan ICT in Education policy - and head of Monitoring and Evaluation, and later as Head of Social Development, leading the design and national scaling of digital citizenship programs. She has authored publications on digital inclusion and ICT policies in education. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Columbia University, New York, and a Sociology degree from Universidad de la Republica, Uruguay.
