Alufheli Swalivha joined the Department of Public Service and Administration as an assistant director in 2001 and was responsible for the Government Information Technology Council Secretariat. She was promoted to the Branch Coordinator position in 2008, with added responsibilities to support the Deputy Director General (GCIO) in their oversight role in the branch's functioning and to coordinate the development and implementation of the Branch's business and Operational plans. She also worked for the Public Service for 23 years within an ICT environment.
