Welcome to the online registration for ICEGOV 2023. Please fill the registration form available through the button below and tick or select where appropriate. Before doing so, kindly familiarize yourself with the registration fees, dates, entitlements, and the Terms & Conditions.

Registration entitlements
When registering for ICEGOV 2023, each participant is entitled to the following:
- Access to all conference sessions between 26-29 September (including the Workshops);
- Access to all coffee-breaks (6) and lunches (4) between 26-29 September;
- Access to the Welcome Reception on 26 September;
- Conference material.
More entitlements than the ones listed here may be made available by the conference organisers during the conference.
Registration fees
The registration fee must be paid in Brazilian real (R$). The values in Euro (€) and US Dollar ($) are for reference only.
The registration fees for ICEGOV 2023 are indicated below. Four periods of registration are available: EARLY BIRD until 25 July; STANDARD between 26 July – 20 August; LATE between 21 August – 17 September; and ONSITE from 18 September onwards.
Additionally, two types of registration are possible: REGULAR and STUDENT. Those who select the student option enjoy a discount over the regular rate. However, they are requested to provide proof of enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree for the academic year 2022/23 in a higher education institution. People enrolled as post-doc are not considered students for this purpose and should select the regular option instead.

The Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fee and must be paid separately. The price shown above is for each person; you may purchase up to five (5) additional conference dinner tickets for accompanying people. The last day possible to purchase the conference dinner is 17 September. Onsite purchase of the conference dinner is not available.
