The Local Organising Committee has secured two hotels in Belo Horizonte with special rates for the week 25-30 September 2023 and additional services for conference participants. The additional services include:

  • Complimentary buffet breakfast
  • Complementary Internet access
  • Complementary transfer to/from the Belo Horizonte airport
  • Daily transfer to/from the conference venue

TRANSFER
Transfer is only available to ICEGOV registered participants that booked accommodation in one of the conference hotels. Transfer will be done by Uber services, which are called by a Receptionist contracted by the organisation. The Receptionist can be identified by a board indicating ICEGOV and will be available in the “Receptionist location” in the times indicated below. Transfer from/to airport Aeroporto Internacional de Confins-Tancredo Neves requires that delegate shares the itinerary/flight time in advance. Transfers from/to other locations are not provided by the organisation.
