Mr Zhai Yanli is the Director General of the Information Centre at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MoHRSS) of the People’s Republic of China. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Demography from Renmin University of China, LLM from the University of Warwick of the United Kingdom and MSc in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics of China. Mr Zhai is in charge of the information technology development and application in social security in China, including computer network, software and data centre. He also participates actively in MoHRSS policy decisions regarding labour market monitoring and social security fund risk control, etc. He serves concurrently as the Vice President of China Association of Employment Promotion.
