Viktor is a Ph.D. candidate in RMIT (Melbourne). He graduated from Kiev-Mohyla Academy (Kiev, Ukraine) where he received his Master Degree in Economic Theory. In 2009-2015 worked as an independent expert, later as a research fellow and senior research fellow in the Institute for Economic Research (Kiev). In RMIT Viktor makes research on evaluating investments in public Wi-Fi infrastructure, his research interests also cover pricing theory, digital economy, philosophy of science, economic history and game theory.
