Nektarios is a father of 2 and a Mathematician specialized in Information Systems and e-Governance. He has taught algorithms and mathematics and he is an employee of the European Programs Implementation Service of the Hellenic Parliament. He has also worked for the Special Secretariat of Chairman of Parliament, the Directorate of Information Technology of the Parliament, the Parliamentary Budget Office and the Parliament’s Department of Personnel, having created and participated in numerous HeP’s projects from 1999 until today and is project manager for the working group of the Hellenic Parliament for the European Project ManyLaws, as it will be presented here, in ICEGOV 2020.
