Dr Hardik Vachhrajani is an award-winning Associate Professor and Management Consultant based at Sydney.  He has over 15 years of experience in teaching, assessing and supervising undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students in the areas of strategy and management.  Hardik teaches business courses at Australian Catholic University, Crown Institute of Higher Education in Australia; and at Telecom Ecole de Management at Paris.

Hardik has consulted around 20 start-ups and Small and Medium Businesses in manufacturing, services and technology industries. He has trained around 100 entrepreneurs / owner managers / managers on strategy, quality, innovation, organisational development and management excellence.  He is six sigma green belt and a certified Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) quality analyst.  As an active industry professional; Hardik has achieved Chartered Manager status from Chartered Management Institute UK, he is fellow member of Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand and a certified innovation management catalyst from Global Innovation Management Institute, USA.
