Amal Marzouki is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems at Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR). Canada. She holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from the Faculty of Business Administration at Université Laval.

Her expertise lies in information systems, business technologies, and organizational digital transformation. Her research focuses on citizen participation and participatory technologies, the organizational and societal impacts of information technologies, digital transformation initiatives, the integration of artificial intelligence in organizations, and the role of digital technologies in sustainable development.
