Biography

Noella Edelmann is a Principal Investigator at the Department for E-Governance and Public Administration at the University for Continuing Education and Guest Professor at the Karl-Franzens University Graz as well KU Leuven. She completed her PhD in Public Administration at TalTech, Tallinn, Estonia.

Her research focuses on electronic governance, in particular organisational change, digital transformation in public sector organisations, and includes new ways of working, engagement practices and sustainability. Further particular research interests are Open Access and digital scholarship. Given her interdisciplinary approach and research topics, she has developed and managed several research projects with public sector organisations, has a deep appreciation for international networks and educational programmes, as well as a love for combining unconventional ideas with pragmatic approaches.
