Dr. Xinping Liu is currently an associate Professor at the School of Management, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology located in Shanghai, China. She is also the vice-Director of the Lab for Digital and Mobile Governance, Fudan University. She holds a PhD degree in Public Administration from Fudan University, China, as well as a Master degree in Political Science from Lund University, Sweden. Her areas of research interests and expertise include government digital transformation, open data, cross-departmental data sharing and collaboration.
