Rony Medaglia is a Professor with special responsibilities in the Department of Digitalization, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Rony's research focuses on digitalization in the public sector, from the perspectives of public policy, digital service provision, and citizen engagement. He is President of the Special Interest Group on e-Government of the Association for Information Systems, and an Associate Editor of Government Information Quarterly.
