Mary Feeney is professor and Lincoln Professor of Ethics in Public Affairs at the Arizona State University (USA). She is currently serving as the Program Director for the Science of Science: Discovery, Communication, and Impact program at the National Science Foundation. Mary is the editor of the Journal of Public Administration Research & Theory. She is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.

Feeney's research focuses on public and nonprofit management and science and technology policy. Feeney serves on the editorial boards for Government Information Quarterly, Perspectives on Public Management & Governance, and Journal of Behavioral Public Administration. She has published more than 60 peer reviewed journal articles in public administration, e-government, and science and technology policy.
