Majed F. Alharbi, is a Head of the Analytics Center of Intelligent Operations, a recent center that is being established, under the Digital Transformation and Smart Cities Deputyship at the Saudi Ministry of the Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MoMRAH), to optimize the municipal operations and utilize the plethora of available data to steer and direct decision making.

Majed is an avid business professional with experiences in both private and public sectors, and has been engaging the digital transformation in the public sectors through the main platform of the Saudi Municipal Sector "Baladi", a platform that open to the beneficiaries to request a municipal service, report a municipal incident, and more. A channel that was utilized to wide-open the citizen participation to help improve the Municipal scene through a major campaign called "Snap & Send"
