Kadri Jushkin is an adviser of the regional development department of the Ministry of Finance, Estonia. She is responsible for forming and coordinating Estonia’s positions in regional affairs towards the European Union and other international organisations (incl OECD, United Nations, Council of Europe). More specifically, she is working on the topics of urban policy and territorial cohesion and represents Estonia in the EU and OECD working and expert groups in these fields. She also operates as one of the coordinators of the Urban Agenda for the EU Digital Transition Partnership. Kadri has worked in the field of regional development for more than 15 years, having also extensive experience with cross-border and transnational cooperation. She has also advised government institutions in several European countries.
