Isabel Ferreira, PhD in Information Systems and Technology, from the University of Minho, Portugal. Research collaborator in the group Information Systems and Technologies for the Transformation of Organizations and Society (ISTTOS), of the ALGORITMI Center, University of Minho. Isabel, has been teaching in Higher Education since 2001, at the School of Management, Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA). Since that, she is teaching various curricular units in public management field for undergraduate and master's degree courses. She has experience in coordinating disciplinary areas of the Management Department. Research interests: e-government, electronic public procurement, public policies, social innovation, and active learning methodologies. She is a member of the TrivPlat Project - monitoring, management, and evaluation tool for public procurement platforms (project funded by FEDER through COMPETE and by national funds through the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT).
