Gonzalo Bustos

Gonzalo Bustos has a degree in political science, a master's degree in Regional Integration Processes, and is pursuing his doctoral studies in Social Sciences. His research areas are the geopolitics of cyberspace, state preferences on digital governance, and cyberdiplomacy. He is an associate researcher at the Studies in Society Technology (CETYS) of the University of San Andrés (UDESA), as well as an associate researcher in the International Relations area of Flacso Argentina. He is a professor of New Communication Technologies at UDESA, as well as a postgraduate professor in courses on digital governance, intellectual property and international relations. For 15 years he has been a legislative adviser in the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, in whose Parliamentary Training Institute he dictates the seminar on Foreign Relations, Security and Defense. He has written several articles and is a published writer.
