Fernando Kleiman is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Systems and Services Engineering in the Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) where he developed and tested a game to change civil servants’ attitudes towards open data. He also works as civil servant for the Brazilian Federal Government (permanent staff in the Public Policy and Governmental Management Specialist career). He has papers published on Open Government, Open data, Serious gaming, Solidarity Based Economy and social policies.
