Beatrice has acquired sound competences in the public sector modernisation and innovation policies. With a 8 year experience in Program and Project Management both for national and international projects, concerning initiatives aimed at modernising and digitalizing the public sector, reshaping the rendering of public services also through the integration (inter and intra sectorial) of the public administrations at different government levels.

Beatrice has a strong experience in risk assessment, performance evaluation, business process assessment and reengineering, financial sustainability and accountancy, exclusively for public bodies and institutions.

Concerning European Institutions, she has been involved as a Project Manager in several projects for European entities such as JRC, DG DIGIT and DG EMPL, which allowed her to build a sound expertise on activities supporting project planning stages, project reporting, coordination and engagement of multiple stakeholders as well as project governance.

In particular for the "ISA2 Action 2018.01 Innovative Public Services" (DG DIGIT), study of IT related topics with a particular focus on interoperability, Beatrice covered the position of Project Manager and contributed to the definition of IT Strategies, coordinated multiple stakeholders and external experts in the field of E-government and interoperability and strengthened her IT Governance and PMO skills.

Beatrice was also the Project Manager of the team involved in the "Future of Welfare" survey, endorsed by JRC, undertaken by KPMG together with Bocconi University and Human Foundation, which aim was to identify Welfare best practices and propose their re-use and customization in other EU Countries, and therefore she defined the research scope, the project governance, she monitored and planned the activities, she engaged key stakeholders and organised events to support and promote the research. Beatrice was also the Program Manager of the project "SAFE – Social Agencies for Future Europe", financed by the EC and carried out by a consortium composed by 13 institutions of 11 Member States, which had the aim of implementing and supporting EESSI System in the European social protection system. Furthermore, she was also involved in the research project for the "Research study on the role of ICT-enabled social innovation in the promotion of investments for the modernization of social protection systems in Europe".
