▢ About

In addition to the uptake of digital governance systems in the executive branches of government, many legislatures, parliaments (e-Parliament systems), and judiciary systems (e-Justice systems) have also been using digital governance mechanisms. This Track aims to explore the planning, implementation and adoption processes, outcomes and evaluation of the impacts of digital governance in legislation and the judiciary systems. To this end, individual and comparative studies of e-Parliament and e-Justice systems, evaluations of the interaction of these systems with the ones in the executive branch, international collaborative mechanisms, and similar, can be submitted for this Track.
