The 15th edition of the International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance – ICEGOV 2022 – returns to its roots by being hosted once more in Guimarães, Portugal, where the United Nations University Operating Unit on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV) is headquartered since 2014.
