Ayman Alarabiat is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Management at Al-Balqa Applied University, Jordan. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Minho, Portugal. <\/p>\n
His scholarly work focuses on digital government, e-participation, artificial intelligence in the public sector, and citizen-centric service design, with a particular interest in technology adoption and public sector innovation. He has published in leading peer-reviewed journals and presented at prominent international conferences in digital governance and information systems. <\/p>\n
