Dominic Amenaghawon Omokaro, FNLA, F.CIoD, DFAI, FCAI, CLN, CPA, is the Immediate Past President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA). A visionary leader, pastor, and professional, he has championed innovation, visibility, and advocacy in librarianship across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond. <\/p>\n
Under his leadership, the NLA has gained prominence through transformative initiatives, strategic collaborations, and strengthened global recognition. Omokaro is also a Fellow of several professional bodies and a committed servant of God with a passion for community development, leadership, and education. His life embodies service, excellence, and inspiration to future generations. <\/p>\n
He has attended and delivered papers at many conferences, workshops and seminars. He has written over 30 articles and co-authored a book and contributed chapters in books.
