Co-authors can also register if they wish to do so. At the same time, the paper presenter must be stated in EDAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors should consult <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines\">Springer\u2019s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings<\/a> and use either the<strong> LaTeX<\/strong> or the <strong>Word templates<\/strong> provided on the authors\u2019 page for the preparation of their papers.&nbsp;Springer LaTeX templates are available in Overleaf. The templates should be used, and the instructions for authors should be adhered to. No other formats will be allowed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to these templates, your paper length should be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Short Papers:<\/strong> 6 pages minimum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ongoing Research Papers:<\/strong> 8 to 12 pages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Research Papers:<\/strong> 12 pages minimum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At a designated stage of the process, the first author will be required to complete and submit a <strong>licence-to-publish<\/strong> agreement. This must be completed and signed by the corresponding author of each paper, on behalf of all of the authors of that paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please make sure that your paper is final and complete <strong>by 28 September<\/strong>.
