Imen Ghedhioui is a policy innovation and digital governance expert with experience at the intersection of technology, behavioural science, and public administration. A graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (Master in Public Administration), she currently serves as a non-resident fellow at Harvard University, contributing to the development of an AI-assisted negotiation simulator, a joint initiative between Harvard, Frontline Associates, and the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation. She also sits on the board of W3D (Women in Diplomacy, Development, and Defense), a Harvard Kennedy School research network advancing women\u2019s leadership in global policy.<\/p>\n
Imen is a Senior Research Associate with the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV), where she leads work on digital transformation and evidence-based governance. Previously, she advised the Ministry of Technology on national E-Government strategy and contributed to the G20 (2021, Italian Presidency) policy brief on using behavioral science to drive post-COVID digital recovery.<\/p>\n
A GovTech entrepreneur, Imen founded BSDL (Behavioural Science Design Lab), which develops behaviourally\/ technology-enabled policy tools, including an AI-assisted parliamentary advisory system recognised among the EU\u2019s CivicTech4EU innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
She has also advised on the digitisation of social protection reforms, including the Ahmini initiative for women in agriculture, and supported evidence-based reparation policy design with the Truth and Dignity Commission under the Transformative Justice Project at York University (UK).<\/p>\n
