Fl\u00e1via Barbosa is currently one of the\u202fCommunications Consultants\u202fof UNU-EGOV. She joined the institution in August 2023.<\/p>\n
She is part of the ICEGOV team (International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance), performing the roles of Organisation and Communications Chair. She is responsible for the conference’s communication and organisation, programmatic support between the different committees, authors, and other conference participants, and editing the conference proceedings. Fl\u00e1via is also in charge of updating ICEGOV\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
Before joining UNU-EGOV, Fl\u00e1via worked for the Communication Office of Braga\u2019s Archdiocese. For two years, she was also the Director of a lifestyle magazine.<\/p>\n
Fl\u00e1via is currently a PhD Student of Communication and Activisms at Lus\u00f3fona University (Porto) and holds a Master\u2019s degree in Digital Communication from the Catholic University (Portugal, 2023). She has two bachelor’s degrees: one in Portuguese Studies \u2013 Arts and Humanities from the University of Minho (Portugal, 2008) and another in Communication Sciences from the Catholic University (Portugal, 2014). <\/p>\n
