About
The 4th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance, ICEGOV2010, was organized in Beijing, China from the 25th to the 28th of October 2010, hosted by the China National School of Administration and taking place under the patronage of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
The conference was organized jointly by: the Center for Electronic Governance of the United Nations University – International Institute for Software Technology (UNU-IIST), Macao SAR; the Electronic Government Research Center of the National School of Administration, China (CNSA); the Department of Public Administration, Fudan University, China; the Center for Technology in Government, University at Albany, USA; the Computing Laboratory at the University of Oxford, UK; and the Informatization Institute, State Information Center, China.
It was co-located with the 5th edition of the China e-Government Forum (CEF2010).
