Paul Henman is Associate Professor of Digital Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Queensland, and is leading a multi-year multi-million dollar collaboration with CIRSO, Australia’s premier science organisation, on responsible innovation. His work examines the policy, social and ethical dimensions of using digital technology in government. His publications include Governing Electronically (Palgrave 2010) and Performing the State (Routledge 2018).
