Manuella Maia Ribeiro

Manuella Maia Ribeiro is an information analyst at the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br), where she is responsible for coordinating the ICT Electronic Government survey. Since 2007, she has been researching how governments can improve their relationship with citizens using technologies. In this connection, she has studied the digital transformation of public sector service production and delivery at local, regional, and national levels in a Latin American and Brazillian context. Other research areas include open government data, transparency, and electronic participation. Manuella holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Public Administration and Government from Getulio Vargas Foundation (Brazil) and a BSc in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (Brazil).
