Editor-in-chief of RAE, Brazilian Business Administration Journal, from 2009 to 2016.Head of the Informatics and Quantitative Methods (IMQ) Department since January 2018. Expert consultant of the Center for Studies on Information and Communication Technologies (Cetic.br), of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee, since 2008. Associate Editor and reviewer of many journals, such as Information Technology & People and Journal of Information Technology, and conferences such as ECIS and AMCIS. Research interest on technology applications and impacts in banking, government and society.
