Edimara M. Luciano is a full Professor in Governance, Organizations and Society, head of the Governance and Digital Society Research Group and Associate Dean for Research (Business School) at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil (PUCRS). Is the local coordinator of the ERASMUS+ capacity building project Strengthening Governance Capacity for Smart Sustainable Cities, coordinated by Danube University Krems, Austria. Is a coordinator of PUCRS-CAPES internationalization project World in Movement and CAPES High Studies School on Collaborative Governance. Has been an AMCIS minitrack co-chair since 2012, and an MIS conference co-chair at ENANPAD, the main Brazilian Management Conference. Is a peer reviewer in several Brazilian and international top academic journals. Her research interests are Collaborative Governance, ICT Governance, Open Government, Digital Transformation in Government, Smart Cities, and ICT4D focused on anti-corruption behavior.
