Alexander Ronzhyn

Alexander Ronzhyn is a researcher and lecturer at the E-Government research group at University of Koblenz-Landau and researcher at the National E-Government Competence Centre. He holds a doctoral degree in Sociology and has been involved in research on both national and international levels. Alexander is most interested in studying the intersection of ICT and society, examining how technologies change the dynamics of the social systems. He published papers on social media and society, digital activism, digital government, ethics, smart cities and government 3.0. He is actively involved in lecturing at the UKL on both the undergraduate and post-graduate levels: teaching e-Participation, Enterprise Architecture, Good Governance and other courses.
