Keynote Lecture | The future of digital transformation in the EU

It is universally accepted that digital transformation is happening in the EU. What remains deeply uncertain, however, is the way in which it will unfold and, perhaps, most importantly, with what effects. Where are technological developments heading? Who will drive them? How will the digital space be regulated and by whom? How will humans and machines interact? A myriad different forces are shaping digital transformation in the EU.
